User Agreement
Use of the Full Circle Wireless, Inc. site is governed by the terms, policies and conditions set forth in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOUR REGISTRATION, YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND YOUR PLACEMENT OF A TRANSACTION INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Except as stated, the amended terms will automatically be effective immediately after they are posted. Full Circle Wireless enables consumers to provide their cell phones, air cards, tablets, modems, netbooks, laptops, Mi-Fi’s, wireless scanners and PDAs to generate funds for charities and partner organizations. We reserve the right to alter, cancel, or amend our services at our sole discretion.
Disconnect Service
Owners agree to disconnect service on all devices BEFORE sending them to Full Circle Wireless. Full Circle Wireless is not responsible and will not be liable for any and all airtime charges or any other charges accrued prior to, during, or after processing by Full Circle Wireless. The original user and wireless carrier / service provider are responsible for resolving payment issues regarding any and all carrier-based service charges. Full Circle Wireless is not responsible for any SIM cards (Subscriber Identity Module Cards) that are processed; owners are responsible for shredding their own SIM cards before sending their phones to Full Circle Wireless.
Personal Information / Stored Data
Full Circle Wireless is not responsible and will not be liable for the use of any personal information stored in memory of a donated or sold devices after it has been donated or sold. Owners are responsible for removing any and all data they deem sensitive from all phone memory and removable memory BEFORE sending their wireless devices to Full Circle Wireless. This includes, but is not limited to phonebook information, personal codes, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, IM addresses, photos, and downloaded files.
Definitions of Condition for payment
Used - Used handsets will power-up to Home Screen, have a good LCD and contain no water damage.
Suspension and Termination
We may issue a warning or temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership or any of your transactions or purchases if (i) you breach this Agreement, (ii) you provide us with false information or we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, (iii) you infringe the intellectual property rights of others or (iv) you engage in any act of collusion or price manipulation or (v) device(s) sent are deemed stolen by carrier.
Expiration of Offer
All offers will expire 10 business days from the date of transaction confirmation. All confirmed transaction pricing will be honored within the 10 business day period regardless of current pricing.
Pricing
All pricing subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, Full Circle Wireless reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product availability, and other extenuating circumstances.
Registration
Our services are available only to registered users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not attempt to use our services. Registration requires the completion of the user registration form with accurate and complete contact names, main business address, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses. Your membership to use Full Circle Wireless may be terminated or suspended by us if you do not comply with this Agreement, our policies and procedures, or for any reason we determine is necessary, in our sole discretion, to protect us and other users of the site.
Transaction Approval Terms
Your receipt of a transaction confirmation only signifies that Full Circle Wireless will pay full value if the handsets sent are in acceptable condition as outlined below. A sale over 100 handsets or $1,000 will not be accepted through the online processes and must be conducted with a Full Circle Wireless employee by contacting us at 800-863-8023 or emailing us at info@fullcirclewireless.com.
Payment
Payment will be made within 15 business days of the receipt of equipment. If there is a dispute in condition users will be notified by e-mail with an adjusted offer. All wireless devices become the property of Full Circle Wireless and will be recycled or reused at our discretion. Once the adjusted offer is accepted the adjusted payment will be made based on the date from the original transaction. Full Circle Wireless will not be responsible for user delays.

- No water damage
